Using the app
Where are records stored?
Seizure records, symptoms, medication, and pet profiles are stored on your device. Use Data Management to export a backup before changing or resetting your device.
A selected video does not appear
Check Photos permission and make sure the original video is still in your Photos library. On iPhone, the app links to the Photos asset instead of copying the video.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles payment and refunds.
What does Premium include?
While the monthly subscription is active, it removes ads and unlocks unlimited additional pets. One-time purchases remain available after the subscription ends.
